This website provides general information, project-fit screening, and visual design exploration. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, availability, or operation.
Visualizer concepts
AI-generated exterior images are reference-guided illustrative concepts only. They may contain inaccuracies and do not represent exact products, colors, dimensions, measurements, engineering, code compliance, product availability, buildability, price, or final construction. Even when manufacturer references are used, visual similarity is not an exact-product guarantee. Decisions must be based on field verification, written specifications, physical samples, and an executed agreement.
Staff-reviewed concepts
If offered, an Epic staff-reviewed concept means an authorized staff member reviewed or replaced the image under Epic's review policy. It is not a licensed design, measurement, engineering review, code or permit approval, final product selection, or promise that the depicted work can be built. Field measurement and signed written specifications remain required.
Submitted content
You represent that you own or have permission to upload each photograph and product reference you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to privately host, inspect for safety, process, transform, and retain that content for the requested visualizer service and associated project follow-up. You may not submit people, sensitive documents, readable license plates, illegal content, or third-party material you are not authorized to use.
Availability and deletion
The visualizer may be rate limited, paused, or unavailable when security, privacy, provider, or spending controls cannot be satisfied. Deletion is designed to prevent a late result from being republished, but limited records may remain where legally required or necessary to document a request.
No offer or guarantee
Website content, qualification results, and responses do not create a contractor-client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, or constitute a binding estimate. Services, warranties, timing, and pricing are governed only by a signed written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Epic Exteriors name, visual identity, website design, copy, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit them without permission.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. We are not liable for decisions made solely from an AI concept or general website information.
