Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or use the visualizer, we may collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, project details, qualification responses, home photographs, and generated concept images. Basic device and usage data may be collected through security and analytics services.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate project fit, respond to inquiries, provide the service you request, secure and operate the website, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not reuse customer home photographs to train models or build evaluation datasets.
Photos and AI processing
Visualizer photos are stored privately by Vercel Blob, sanitized to remove embedded metadata such as EXIF and GPS, and sent as image bytes through Vercel AI Gateway to the selected artificial intelligence provider. Customer generation requests require an available zero-data-retention route. We also process images and notes for safety, abuse prevention, and output-quality checks. Do not upload images containing recognizable people, readable license plates, sensitive documents, or content you do not have the right to use.
Retention and deletion
Raw quarantine uploads are deleted after sanitization and no later than 24 hours under normal operation. Rejected or abandoned uploads are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Anonymous sanitized source photos and concepts are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Media linked to a quote or staff review may be retained for up to 180 days after the last related activity. A deletion request cancels pending work and schedules all related media for removal, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, private file storage, AI Gateway, workflow execution, analytics, and bot protection; Supabase for database records and invite-only staff authentication when staff review is enabled; Upstash for distributed abuse and spend controls; Resend for transactional email; and selected AI model providers for image moderation and generation. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Product references and staff review
When available, the visualizer may use licensed manufacturer images to guide appearance for a selected product. This does not guarantee an exact match, availability, color, or installation result. An Epic staff-reviewed concept means a staff member reviewed the concept under our internal policy; it is not field measurement, engineering, code approval, or a construction specification.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may delete an anonymous visualizer session from its results screen, choose not to use the visualizer, or contact us directly.
